It’s true. I steal things. I look in bags, in cabinets, and under beds. I’ve stolen pita bread and eaten it. Every night, I steal the drain cap and put it on my magic carpet. I’ve taken things from the trash. Today, momFOD caught me with my head in the trash, and when she yelled “HEY!” I pulled it out real quick and slammed the cabinet door shut. I don’t think she saw me. Unfortunately, sometimes she does catch me, as is evidenced by this photo I found on her phone. Incidentally, I also steal phone numbers and private information about momFOD. And hearts, I steal those, too.

I once stole a tomato that was in a plastic bag on the kitchen counter. I hid it under the bed. The mom found it about a month later. Heheheh.

When my girl Gooby was about 17 she tried to steal an entire pork chop off my plate! I had only set it down for a minute. That girl LOVED pork.
Pens! Alice steals my pens. I took me awhile to even figure that out, but once caught in the act, she no longer tries to sneak them. It is still stealing, though!
Hey Crepes – when I (a-hem) borrow, I put it all under my FOD’s bed so I know where my treasures are! I love scrunchies and chapstick best! I have even gotten her soft robe under there and then I have pockets!

Think I have told you about Garfield trashing digging for treasures(paper,wrappers,twisty ties,etc). I don’t think I have told about Squeaky my old guy who used to love digging in my daughters purse for pacifers and bottle nipples when her babies were small. You couldn’t turn your back for a minute. As soon as she came in with the baby he would know. LOL. He still will bite my daughter’s ponytail or hair if she sits on the floor. And look in her purse. He is funny.Cashew will steal any food that smells good to him if you turn your back. LOL.
