I’m so excited, I have a date for Valentine’s Day! Now, as you can imagine, I got lots and lots of entries to be my love. Honestly, it was difficult for me to choose just one. Being a savvy chick, I realized it probably wasn’t in my best interest to choose only one (I’ve seen those episodes of the Golden Girls where they all get stood up on Valentine’s day, and that was not about to be me) so I picked three! I have my date, my backup date, and, umm, well I picked this other one because I’m strangely drawn to his behavior but sort of repulsed at the same time.
With no further ado…. My Dates!
NO 1: His name is Odin! He regularly appears on Cat Wisdom 101 and is a special kitty himself. I just couldn’t resist his cute little wink! Odin, I love cat grass, I don’t like chocolate, and I wear Channel No. 38.

Runner-Up: This is Mr. Mann! He lives with his mom Victoria Sprung, who is a fabulous wedding photographer, Tree House supporter, and all-around cat lover. I love Mr. Mann’s dark hair. He’s into bird watching and loves art. Mr Mann, if I don’t see you tonight, I’m also available next Monday. And Tuesday. And Wednesday. Thursday I have a manicure. And Friday.

And then there’s this guy. His name his Bob Newhart. He sent me this photo of him doing what appears to be naughty things with this bear. I wanted to ignore him, but something is telling me he might just deserve a second look. I don’t think he’s a good choice for Valentine’s Day, but Bob, are you free for St. Patrick’s Day?

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY, EVERYONE!!!
Don’t forget to VOTE FOR CATALOGUE! Every day until February 28th.
[…] I think you all remember this fellow from my Valentine’s Day dating contest: […]
He looked a bit orange in spots in the picture, but that may have been the lighting. If “Bob” is a friend, that’s all that counts!
Uh -I hate to rain on your parade, Crepes, but Bob Newhart may be “catfishing” you – “he” is a calico, which makes it unlikely he’s really a “he”! Not impossible, but calicos and torties are almost always female, and, in the rare cases they are male, they are usually sterile.
Hmm… well, he seems white and gray, rather than orange and black, but I suppose if that’s how it turns out, that’s ok with me. I’m a flexible, liberal kitty! Cheers, Crepes.
Oh my Cod, we’re excited to see Odin selected as Crepe’s Valentine! Is June too soon for a wedding? And do they need a chaperone?
No chaperone required! I am a year and a half old – definitely out of kittenhood. Can’t wait to see you, Odin! – Crepes.
