You guys!
I wanted to wish all of my readers a Happy Thanksgiving today, even those that are from other countries and may not celebrate.
Last night I was thinking: even though sometimes I get upset about things (missing toys, my milk rings stuck under the fridge, Mrs. P, etc. ) I really have a good life. I have a warm, comfy bed. I can sleep soundly and safely. I have food and love, and that’s so much more than so many others, animals and humans alike, have. I know sometimes I complain, but really, when I think hard about it, there’s nothing to complain about, not in my life, anyway.
I invite everyone here to do this: Next time they forget the whipped cream on your mocha, be thankful you have the luxury of having someone make you a coffee. Next time your car breaks down, be thankful that you have a car and somewhere to go. If your cat is keeping you up at night, be happy that she’ll be there to hug you in the morning.
I am thankful for all of you, your readership, your support, and your friendship.
