It’s been a busy week. MomFOD was in New York for 8 days, followed by three days at the Indianapolis CatVidFest. She’s back now and, as is protocol, I have given her a very hard time and peed on various items she has yet to find. However, we wanted to make certain that we did not miss out on wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving, so we filmed and edited this yesterday.
Today, I share with you: Thanksgiving with the Purrminator. (I’m rather fond of this one and got to eat some of the props.)
I wanted to wish all of my readers a Happy Thanksgiving today, even those that are from other countries and may not celebrate.
Last night I was thinking: even though sometimes I get upset about things (missing toys, my milk rings stuck under the fridge, Mrs. P, etc. ) I really have a good life. I have a warm, comfy bed. I can sleep soundly and safely. I have food and love, and that’s so much more than so many others, animals and humans alike, have. I know sometimes I complain, but really, when I think hard about it, there’s nothing to complain about, not in my life, anyway.
I invite everyone here to do this: Next time they forget the whipped cream on your mocha, be thankful you have the luxury of having someone make you a coffee. Next time your car breaks down, be thankful that you have a car and somewhere to go. If your cat is keeping you up at night, be happy that she’ll be there to hug you in the morning.
I am thankful for all of you, your readership, your support, and your friendship.
PS. Here’s our latest movie for you. It got delayed a bit this week, but I hope you enjoy it! It stars Louie as Braulio, the leader of District 14 and accidental victor of the Hunger Games.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I listed everything I was thankful for yesterday so that today I could focus on the important part of my site: Bachelor of the Week! Since it’s T-Day, I wanted to do something a little special. I’m going to present to you a wonderful kitty named Jean Valjean, followed by an extravaganza of photos from our last photo shoot with Tree House! Special thanks to John Boehm for his beautiful photos! (Also, see the bottom for our Steamy Pups Giveaway winner!) Without further ado…
Jean Valjean. Un medium-sized amour.
Meet Jean Valjean! Described by Tabby’s Place as a medium-sized tabby, we’d like to point out that sometimes medium is just right. It was perfect for Goldilocks and could be perfect for you, too! This particular Jean Valjean is far from miserables, but he is a little timid. He would prefer a home where the people are more medium-sized, rather than petit or small, i.e. children. Jean Valjean has FIV, although he’ll remain healthy as long as he’s well cared for. It kind of makes him sound romantic, though, doesn’t it? Jean Valjean, with the malaise of FIV, is looking for love, for his one, his only, his perfect fit, his medium soul mate. Will it be you? If you’d like to meet Jean Valjean, contact Tabby’s Place. Remember, distance means nothing if the love is true. Bon amour. Tres magnifique. Voulez-vous pet Jean Valjean sesoir? Le purr.
And now, let the T-Day extravaganza begin! If you see any kitties you like below, contact Tree House! Act fast! These little guys are gonna go like hot cakes.
PS. And the winner of our Steamy Pups is….. dah dah dah! Jan’s Funny Farm! Congrats, Jan. The Honest Kitchen will be sending out your prize as soon as I collect your shipping address!
