Reader, reader, what can you see? A psychic post for all of thee. It’s our last one, but please don’t pout, of psychic energy, our reader was out!
I will, for my final time for the present moment, act as medium for this reading. Our friend at Fur Everywhere has asked a question about her dear friend Jewel, a kitty that passed on this last summer. She asks:
Could you please tell me a little about how Jewel was feeling in her last few days? Did I do the right thing for her? Is she happy where she is, and is she still around me anymore?

To The Mother of Jewel The Cat,
I first want to tell you how sorry I am for your loss of Jewel. I know you loved her with all your heart, so this is bound to hurt you for a while. Try to remember the Good Days with Jewel and smile when you remember those good times. When you go through the loss of an animal, its easy to focus on their last days and there is always some pain associated with those last days. By remembering the good days, and positive things about your relationship with Jewel, it will help you to move forward in a positive way.
You asked me how Jewel was feeling in her last few days. I can tell you that she did know it was her time, and it was just as hard for her to let go of you, as it was for you to let go of her. You did the right thing at that time, she was in some pain, and you helped her more than you may know. You made it peaceful for her to move toward the Rainbow Bridge. Now, She is feeling fine, and happy and she can come to visit you whenever she wants. Her spirit is around you, I can feel her energy around you, and I know you can feel it too. When you love someone or some animal, their soul does not die…their energy becomes a part of you and will remain for eternity. Although you both miss each other and you can’t touch her like you did before, her energy takes over and I feel her spirit around you, dear.
I can also tell you that someday, you will see her again. Some people believe that animals do not go to heaven, But I have had images of animals in heaven and I say to myself…..”Heaven would not be beautiful without beautiful animals like cats, dogs, lions, tigers and birds, etc. ” I do hope you agree with me.
Don’t be afraid to talk to her when you are alone, as I feel she can hear you and your voice will bring her comfort too.
I know this has been so very hard for you to go through, and if I could take away your pain, I would. Unfortunately dying is as natural as being born. It is something all living things have to face someday. Rest assured that you did THE BEST for Jewel, and you loved her for her entire time with you. We know how hard a life Jewel had at one time and how her mommy did everything to give her a really wonderful life once they came together. We are sure that comforts her. We had a good laugh reading about Niles bedtime antics. With at least six of us in bed every night, we always have lots of jostling, but we do each have our own routine as well. We want to tell you how much we love the two fuzzy mice with the feather tails that were part of our Secret Paws gift. They are great for batting and chasing all over the kitchen. Also, Mau asked us to remind Crepes that there will be a birthday party tomorrow (Weds.) in the Wolverine Den for Charles and Gracie. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
